This the the building I live in, and I love it here. Lots of positive
reasons to live right here 2 min walk to metro, and 5 min to the baby tower, 3 to the chapel, and lots of great local shops,
pubs, and restaurants literally min. away. You are also within 7-15 min
from LOTS of clubs, etc. and you can walk
from the Museum to the house in only 30 min or less should you be out
after the metros stop, and don't want
to call a taxi. Vinohrady is great. This flat is not on the Ground Floor, but is on the main floor. So there is only about 6
Steps into the main entry from street level to main level. No Elevator required.

Well, those are the properties that are still available, or accepting reservations,
all others not shown above have been rented, and are not available for the foreseeable future.
However, we are always getting new properties, and people do move out (students leaving school, jobs transferring or laying off, etc.). So, if we don't have what your looking for today, just let me know what you are looking for, and when you would like it, and I'll try to arrange it for you long before you arrive.
We want to take all the stress out of your arrival, and just let you enjoy the city, and get settled in easily.
Should you not like your flat, especially if you rent it sight unseen over the Internet, or perhaps you wanted a shared flat and don't like your room-mates (it's rare, as we are pretty good at matching professions, lifestyles, etc.) but, we can easily relocate you or them to a new place.
Moving from one flat to another within our portfolio is WAY EASY should your
finances change, or your job
requires a move, or you just don't like your flat-mates. You don't have
to do all the massive changing
stuff like when you move from one landlord to the next. With us, you
just let us know you want to
change and why, to where, and when, and we can usually make it happen.
We almost always gives the deposit back, all of it, unless you leave without 30
days notice, loose keys, or have substantial damage, or cleanliness issues, and then there could be a deduction of course, but it just doesn't happen much at all. Deposits are returned within 30 days of your move out in accordance with Czech law. We try to do so as quickly and easily as possible. Our goal is to be Expat friendly.
